2.Comprehensive Description
This is a special custom machine, and its design concept is presented by our customers. After five months of "design - manufacturing - experiment - redesign - re - manufacture" process, we successfully created this machine and reached the production speed of 100-120m / min. The 2700mm wide, is one of the widest machines we manufacture.
It is specially designed for PP woven, with multiple water squeezing devices and drying equipment. The PP woven after treatment, first laminated with non-woven fabrics, and then coated on the other side, forming a special product, mainly exported to South Korea and Japan.
3. Product Features
(1) Shaftless duplex unwinding, especially designed for large width & diameter PP woven roller, roller change without downtime
(2) Combination squeeze water & pretreat device, to achieve the substrate humidity less than 5% before coating
(3) World famous brand parts: Japan Yaskawa inverter, Germany Siemens PLC and motor, France Schneider low-voltage electrical appliances
(4) China's well-known brands of high-precision hardened gear box and chromium alloy T-die, pneumatic filter replacement device
(5) One process to complete the whole "drying - extrusion lamination - extrusion coating - slitting - rewinding" process, directly to the final product

B. U structure of the #1 preheating unit, to enhance the web temperature, ready to squeeze the water:
C. The first squeeze unit is designed to be angled 45 degrees with a back pressure roller, followed by the first preheat unit to complete the first drying process. After heating and squeezing, PP woven water content has been no more than 10%, and the surface has been relatively flat:
D. The second squeeze unit is designed as ABABA five-roller structure, under the pressure of the pneumatic cylinder, the substrate moisture content is further compressed to less than 3%:
E. After several rounds of water, PP woven has entered the state suitable for coating. The second preheat unit is arranged in a double center impression of 45 degrees. It will once again raise the temperature of the web and evaporate the last remaining moisture:
F. After first extrusion laminating, the three-roller structure cooling device group multiple cooling of the web:
G. After second extrusion coating, the ABAB four-roller structure slitting unit can provide two levels of cutting, removing the waste side while reaching the set final width:
