4. Warranty and transport terms (1) If your machine still during the warranty period, we assume full responsibility for the quality. Please provide some photos or videos to prove that is not man-made damage. We are obliged to provide free parts.
(2) Otherwise, we will charge the cost of spare parts. If it is a custom parts, the costs may be higher.
(3) Smaller parts, we offer DHL mailed; larger parts can be sent via a wooden box or wooden pallets, shipping sent.Bear transport costs, it will be based on warranty.
