2.Comprehensive Description
As a non-toxic and pollution-free resin that can be completely degraded under natural conditions, PLA is completely free from any plastic prohibition orders, and its final products can be legally sold in countries where plastics are prohibited,such as India, South America, Africa, and the European Union.
After a series of research and development and testing, we have mastered the extrusion coating technology of PLA. In this video, there are some wrinkles in the rewinding, because we are challenging the lower limit of the paper thickness. The thickness of the paper in the video is 35 GSM. Compared to the coating thickness of 25 microns, the substrate is indeed too thin to cause easily wrinkle.
3. Product Features
(1) For the high viscosity of PLA, special customized pulverizing screw is used to achieve the best plasticizing effect
(2) High-precision integrated group temperature control technology ensures that PLA does not condense
(3) Use a special flow path T-die to ensure that the PLA can smoothly form a stream waterfall
(4) Central impression of rapid cooling and good tension control ensure strong peeling resistance
(5) Surface friction rewinding, combined with synchronous tension control and axial pressure control, ensures that theneat rewinding without damaging the PLA coating layer

C. Specially designed flow channel T-die, adjusted to achieve a minimum coating thickness of PLA of 0.025mm with an error of no more than 10%:
D. Under the cooperation of a series of temperature control, pressure control and tension control, the PLA layer is firmly adhered to the paper, and the peeling resistance is excellent, none human made friction can peeled off it:
E. Through the light test, the PLA coating has high transparency and uniform light reflection, which is an excellent degradable coating resin:
F. After about 60 minutes of operation, the T-die is still working well, no PLA condensation has occurred, and the flow waterfall still maintains high quality:
G. We use 35 GSM thin kraft paper for PLA coating. The finished product weighs about 65 g/m2, and the PLA coating thickness is about 25 microns, which is what we can achieve now. We are still developing and improving:

A. The machine will be disassembled into several parts, painted with anti-rust oil, wrapped with a film, and then loaded into the container. Then, our professional workers will use wire to fix each unit and nail the wooden wedge to the bottom of the container to prevent any sliding or impact during transportation::
B. We will make special labels for each shipment, leaving the shipper's contact information, and the responsible person will continue to follow up the transportation and customs declaration until the machine is delivered to the customer's workshop:
C. T-die, spare parts, consumables, smaller units, etc., we will use cardboard boxes, (fumigation-free) wooden boxes and so on. Each mixed package comes with a list:
