2.Comprehensive Description
Multilayer paper extrusion laminating is a work with a technical content. For 80-100 gsm of paper, tension control, surface corona treatment and extrusion control, will affect the quality of the final product. After several tests and adjustments, our machines are able to meet all the requirements of the customer, creating poker paper with good (uniformity, toughness and weight).
3. Product Features
(1) Magnetic powder - pneumatic shaft unwinding structure, semi-automatic tension setting & control, make that paper smooth and balanced transmission.
(2) Double corona treatment to optimize web surface molecular structure according to demand for better adhesion.
(3) Custom high-precision T-die, internal heating type, the minimum coating amount of 8 microns, the thickness of the error does not exceed 5%.
(4) The multiple use of the curved flattening roller allows the paper to always maintain a smooth surface and moderate tension to enhance the quality of the product.
(5) Surface friction rewinding, adjustable pressure on both side, compact rewinding with neat edges.

A. Before the delivery, we will emptying the cooling water, locking the valve, brushing the anti-rust oil, and then wrapping each part with plastic film:
B. T-die, corona processor and other vulnerable parts, will be packaged separately:
C. After the truck / container has been loaded, the chief engineer will conduct a checklist and then supervise the subsequent bundling / fastening work to ensure that the machine is delivered intact to the customer:
