2.Comprehensive Description
Fully automatic film blowing - bag making - folding production line, is a customize multifunctional machine line. Based on the process of minimizing the process and saving labor, it achieves one step from resin particles to folded plastic bags. It is through the precise stage control and line synchronization, to achieve the three production process seamless docking. High degree of automation not only significant savings in manpower, but also to minimize the production waste.
3. Product Features
(1) The blown film unit uses a separate control system designed primarily for thick films (which may include, but are not limited to, color masterbatch, calcium carbonate, recycled plastic particles, etc.)
(2) Equipped with a separate rewinding device for the film blowing unit, so that the film blowing unit can be used alone to produce plastic film
(3) Dancing rollers row to coordinate the line speed to ensure that the intermittent drive matches the continuous drive
(4) Plastic film after heat sealing cold cutting, and then static elimination, in order to avoid adhesion
(5) The spring - rubber roller conveyor controlled by the DC motor, accurate transmission the bags to the exact location
(6) Plastic bags after a longitudinal folding, is accurately transmitted to the next step, and then the second horizontal folding
(7) After folded twice, it become folded bags that can be sold directly after packaging in carton

A. Before the delivery, will paste a full set of Chinese & English security labels, strictly based on the EU CE safety standards:
B. The production line will be dismantled into several modules, individually packaged and affixed with the corresponding shipping label:
C. We have own container handling team, the use of steel wire fixed and put silicone particles desiccant to ensure that the goods intact to reach the port of destination:
