2.Comprehensive Description
Multifunctional roll to roll lamination & embossing machine, is a customize multifunctional machine. This model is mainly sold to Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, India, etc.). In subtropical regions, interior decoration requires a soft decorative material with reflective and waterproof features. This machine can complete laminating - embossing - hole piercing in a process in one progress that to directly got the final product.

(1) Double position unwinding, magnetic powder tension control, with automatic splicing device, replace the roller without downtime
(2) Internal heating type preheating roller (no need additional mold temperature), softening thick PVC to achieve the best "lamination - embossed" effect
(3) Increase the curves flattening roller before lamination
(4) Use "steel roller + silicone roller" embossing device; For special materials, may customize the "steel roller + wool fiber roller"
(5) "Hot lamination - heating - cold embossing" compact design, the perfect combination of different process
(6) A three-roller piercing system for available using as needed
(7) Double roller surface friction rewinding, specially designed for embossed finished rolls
(8) Line progress control using inverter speed control system to ensure good synchronization
