2.Comprehensive Description


This is a special custom machine, and its design concept is presented by our customers. After five months of "design - manufacturing - experiment - redesign - re - manufacture" process, we successfully created this machine and reached the production speed of 100-120m / min. The 2700mm wide, is one of the widest machines we manufacture.

It is specially designed for PP woven, with multiple water squeezing devices and drying equipment. The PP woven after treatment, first laminated with non-woven fabrics, and then coated on the other side, forming a special product, mainly exported to South Korea and Japan.



3. Product Features


(1) Shaftless duplex unwinding, especially designed for large width & diameter PP woven roller, roller change without downtime

(2) Combination squeeze water & pretreat device, to achieve the substrate humidity less than 5% before coating

A. Shaftless duplex unwinding, especially designed for large width & diameter PP woven roller, roller change without downtime:

 


B. U structure of the #1 preheating unit, to enhance the web temperature, ready to squeeze the water:


 


C. The first squeeze unit is designed to be angled 45 degrees with a back pressure roller, followed by the first preheat unit to complete the first drying process. After heating and squeezing, PP woven water content has been no more than 10%, and the surface has been relatively flat:




D. The second squeeze unit is designed as ABABA five-roller structure, under the pressure of the pneumatic cylinder, the substrate moisture content is further compressed to less than 3%:


 


E. After several rounds of water, PP woven has entered the state suitable for coating. The second preheat unit is arranged in a double center impression of 45 degrees. It will once again raise the temperature of the web and evaporate the last remaining moisture:


 


F. After first extrusion laminating, the three-roller structure cooling device group multiple cooling of the web:



G. After second extrusion coating, the ABAB four-roller structure slitting unit can provide two levels of cutting, removing the waste side while reaching the set final width: 



H. Automatic surface friction rewinding, to keep compact of the finished roller. With using the crane beam, loading raw roller and unloading finished product roller becomes easy:

Packaging, shipping and after-sale

5. Packaging and shipping

A. Brush anti-rust oil, PE stretch film wrapping, CE standard safety labels, steel wire fixed in trucks:



B. T-die, shafts and spare parts, using wooden box or separate packaging:


C. Ancillary equipment such as chillers, mixers, grinders, etc., we can purchase on behalf of customers and arrange to transport with the main machine:



6. Trading terms and after sales service

(1) We sold machines provide at least 360 days of quality assurance, during the warranty period, we assume full responsibility for the quality.
(2) The following three cases: beyond the quality guarantee period, improper operation and man-made damage, we still provide lifetime maintenance & guidance & commissioning of after-sales Service. However, engineers need to charge service fees. 
(3) The non-standard machines that we manufacture according to customer needs, for non-standard parts, we offer customization and maintenance of lifetime, but the cost may be slightly higher than the standardized parts. 
(4) Trading in FOB Term; the quoted price include the full price of the machine, transported to Ningbo Port fees, customs fees. Not include shipping and insurance charges. We can handle shipping on behalf of the purchaser, the cost paid separately by the purchaser.
(5) Earthquake, shipwrecks, war and other force majeure could be the grounds of exemption for delayed or cannot fulfill. Correspondingly, the other party's corresponding liability is also exempt.
(6) Installation and commissioning are part of after-sales service, at no additional charge. If the customer requests in writing, we will send qualified and experienced engineers. The fees borne by the customer, including but not limited to: transportation costs, accommodation costs, $ 100 per day in subsidies.
(7) Under any circumstances, customer information and contract details will be kept strictly confidential. Unless the court order or the consent of the client.
(8) Matters not covered in this document, refer to "United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (1980)" the relevant provisions solution. Both China and the United States are parties to the Convention.

7. Documents

A. Manuals, technical documentation, CE certificate (if required) will be sent along with the machine;
B. Bill of lading, invoices, certificates of origin (MFN certificate of origin), fumigation certificate (if required) will confirm with the client, and then sent via DHL or UPS:
