2.Comprehensive Description
This machine is equipped with a special web guide device, and is driven by a number of Japanese Yaskawa servo motors to achieve high-precision transmission and produce high-quality products. Through a series of special tension control methods, we completely eliminate wrinkles, deviations, and looseness. The finished product has excellent physical properties.
3. Product Features
(1) The whole machine is made of solid steel plate processed by CNC, with high manufacturing precision and very stable operation
(2) All processing drums are ground by a precision grinding machine with a surface error of no more than 0.01mm, adjusted by dynamic balance, and hard chrome plated
(3) The whole machine drive adopts PLC co-ordination, and the coating and lamination are driven by Yaskawa servo motors
(4) Extrusion adopts integrated control of Omron temperature control unit, and increases pressure sensing device to monitor extrusion status in real time
(5) Coating and laminating unit with high precision coating thickness control, replaceable embossing roller as central impression
Detailed description
A. The unwinding adopts a rotating double station, and the magnetic powder tension control is separately controlled, and can be used alone or simultaneously:
B. The extrusion screw uses the “Yaskawa inverter-Siemens motor” drive control setting, and the screw and the channel are equipped with pressure detection devices for real-time monitoring:
C. Central impression, embossing roller, cooling roller, and traction rollers, using 4 sets of Yaskawa servo motor driven with high precision synchronous, PLC integrated control to achieved and high-precision extrusion coating:
D. The multi-rollers cooling device, combined with the end traction, not only ensures sufficient cooling of the thick coating layer, but also prevents the web from being stretched and deformed:
E. The front curved roller makes the web to be fully flattened, and the torque motor is used with the surface pressure roller to ensure that the winding is smooth and firm, and also prevented from being overstretched:
F. PLC integrated control with operating instructions in Chinese, English and Croatian (customer local language). All electrical controls are constructed in full compliance with CE-LVD standards:
G. The whole machine is manufactured in strict accordance with CE-MD standards, all safety and indicating labels (multiple languages) are fully compliant with China's national GB standards and EU CE safety standards, providing maximum protection for operators' safety:

5. Packaging and shipping
A. All mechanical transmission parts, guide rolls, etc., are painted with anti-rust oil; all electrical parts use a sufficient amount of silica gel desiccant; each disassembled unit is wrapped with plastic film; sufficient to meet any demanding shipping insurance clause:
B. Use standard CE nameplates, copy of CE certificates and detailed instructions to be sent along with the machine to meet both EU customs inspection requirements and to ensure that our customers do not fall into any security incidents dispute:
C. Provide customers with one-year consumables and spare parts based on consumption assessment, all parts are packed separately, with a list signed by the workshop director (in English and Chinese):
