2.Comprehensive Description
PE foam materials are widely used in a variety of flexible packaging areas. Typical products such as EPE, it uses PE foam laminated PP non-woven fabrics, with excellent shock protection. This type of extrusion laminator is specifically designed for use with a special tension control system and a rotary double-station rewinding design to achieve high quality EPE products.
3. Product Features
(1) For large diameter lightweight roll materials, we have designed a unique tension control and web guide system, and its precise delivery does not result in web offset or deformation.
(2) Custom high-precision T-die, internal heating type, ensure the coating thickness error does not exceed 5%.
(3) PLC touch screen operating system, only need to set the coating thickness, line speed will automatically synchronize the extrusion volume.
(4) Automatic particle loading and drying, alloy material screw, precise temperature control system to ensure that hot melt resin can be fully plasticized.
(5) Rotary double-station rewinding design, torque motor control, especially for large diameter lightweight roll materials, neat and compact.
