2.Comprehensive Description

The melted PE/PP resin is coated on a PP braided material using a T-die. The coated PP woven has a wide range of uses and can be flexographically printed. It can also be used to make a variety of bags, such as cement bags, flour bags, and so on.

This machine is designed specifically for bag using PP woven fabric, evenly coated, neat rewinding, providing the best product quality.

3. Product Features

(1) Horizontal duplex station unwinding, with automatic web guide device, replace the roller without stopping the machine.

(2) Adjustable corona processor to optimize web surface molecular structure according to demand for better adhesion.

(3) Custom high-precision T-die, internal heating type, the minimum coating amount of 10 microns, the thickness of the error does not exceed 8%.

(4) Extrusion unit and the substrate line run synchronous control, PLC touch screen operation. Only need to set the width and coating thickness, then the extrusion of the screw will automatically adjust with the line speed.

(5) The overall machine has a very balancing treatment, even if there is no removal of the waste edge, the winding will still be very smooth.

5. Packaging and shipping

6. Trading terms and after sales service

(1) We sold machines provide at least 360 days of quality assurance, during the warranty period, we assume full responsibility for the quality.

(2) The following three cases: beyond the quality guarantee period, improper operation and man-made damage, we still provide lifetime maintenance & guidance & commissioning of after-sales Service. However, engineers need to charge service fees.

(3) The non-standard machines that we manufacture according to customer needs, for non-standard parts, we offer customization and maintenance of lifetime, but the cost may be slightly higher than the standardized parts.

(4) Trading in FOB Term; the quoted price include the full price of the machine, transported to Ningbo Port fees, customs fees. Not include shipping and insurance charges. We can handle shipping on behalf of the purchaser, the cost paid separately by the purchaser.

(5) Earthquake, shipwrecks, war and other force majeure could be the grounds of exemption for delayed or cannot fulfill. Correspondingly, the other party's corresponding liability is also exempt.

(6) Installation and commissioning are part of after-sales service, at no additional charge. If the customer requests in writing, we will send qualified and experienced engineers. The fees borne by the customer, including but not limited to: transportation costs, accommodation costs, $ 100 per day in subsidies.

(7) Under any circumstances, customer information and contract details will be kept strictly confidential. Unless the court order or the consent of the client.

(8) Matters not covered in this document, refer to "United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (1980)" the relevant provisions solution. Both China and the United States are parties to the Convention.
