2.Comprehensive Description
This machine was sold to a paper processing company in Thailand and it is also our display machine in Southeast Asia. It is equipped with a number of corona treatment devices, tension adjustment and curved flattening rollers, for the 40-400gsm paper design, can achieve 10-100g resin amount of paper coating. In several tests, he successfully completed the 40gsm / 400gsm paper coating, 40gsm+400gsm paper lamination, and 400gsm+400gsm paper lamination, and the anti-stripping strength is better than the client's expectations.
3. Product Features
(1) Equipped with advanced tension control and web guide system to prevent paper from breaking or shifting.
(2) The use of curved rollers in conjunction with universal bearings enables the maximum flattening of the paper. Whether it is 40 gsm or 400 gsm, it ensures no wrinkles or distortion.
(3) Custom high-precision T-die, the minimum coating amount of 10 microns, with uniform coating of the paper web in the respective positions, the thickness error does not exceed 5%.
(4) The combination of multiple corona treatment devices can effectively improve the surface molecular structure of the paper and effectively increase the anti-stripping strength.
(5) Three-phase asynchronous motor with automatic tension, with the central impression surface friction rewinding to keep the rewinding roller neat, smooth and compact.
(6) PLC integrated control, screw extrusion synchronous the line running, greatly enhance the degree of automation and reduce manpower requirements.

F. 40gsm + 400gsm extrusion laminate, resin coating approximately 15g/m2 (Only 40gsm white kraft paper has been corona treated), the anti-stripping strength is very good:

A. Before delivery, we clean the machine, apply anti-rust oil, winding the plastic film, and then put it in the container:
