2.Comprehensive Description
Similar to Tetra Pak, toothpaste hoses also use multi-layer composite materials. PP / aluminum foil / PE, with extrusion lamination technology, manufacturing five / seven composite materials, with good shading, compression, fresh capacity, while able to have excellent advertising printing effect.
3. Product Features
(1) Unwinding # 1 using strip photoelectric tracking device, specifically for the uneven edge of the substrate, web guide accuracy of 5mm.
(2) Use curved flattening roller, with special tension control device to ensure that the textile substrate flat as a mirror.
(3) Unwinding # 2 with rotary duplex design, with the surface oxidation guide roller to ensure that the aluminum foil surface is not wrinkled.
(4) Waste edge slitting device with automatic blowing channel, direct access to neat edge finished products.
(5) Surface friction rewinding, adjustable pressure on both side, compact rewinding, neat edges.
